03/23/20: The Running Mates "Islands in the Stream" (Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton)

In honor of the passing of country music icon Kenny Rogers, this week we selected one of his biggest hits covered by a duo known as The Running Mates.

You can find out more about them here.

01/20/20: Acoustician "Comfortably Numb" (Pink Floyd)

Some covers are not only nice to listen to, but can also help you to learn musical passages. Such is the case with this entry—an acoustic version of David Gilmour’s iconic guitar solo in the song “Comfortably Numb.”

Simply calling himself Acoustician, this gentleman has over a dozen guitar solo videos of well known songs on his YouTube channel, along with a few training videos. Check it out here.
