Robert and Toyah Fripp Bust Out with Cover of Guns ‘N Roses’ “Welcome to the Jungle”

Legendary King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp and his wife Toyah are definitely kooky.

They also know a good thing when they’ve found it.

The couple’s weekly Sunday Lunch series on YouTube went viral two weeks ago when Mrs. Fripp covered the amazingly popular Metallica 1991 song “Enter Sandman.” But unfortunately, perhaps, it wasn’t because of her amazing vocals. It was clearly of the transparency of her wardrobe.

Last week, Toyah donned a cheerleader’s outfit (sans bra) and bounced along to Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell” while singing. It’s obvious at this point that the pair have found their niche’. Pick a cool rock song, wear a top that spotlights Toyah’s upper half, and achieve instant viewership.

This time around we find the married couple in their kitchen with Toyah brandishing a dumbbell in each hand—but more importantly—wearing a see-through black top. The effort to replicate the song with authenticity here is minimal, but it doesn’t really matter. These two are having fun—and judging by the views these clips are getting—so is the audience.
